Mental health, teens, and the “Crisis Text Line”
I thought this article was very interesting so I added the link below. And just a side note, knowledge truly is power, way too many suffer because they do not realize the amazing resources available. I, in fact did my internship at the VSSN (Veterans Supplemental Support Network) and I quickly realized the HUGE gap in the knowledge of support services and how in fact to tap into the help that IS available!!
